OFFLOADER 16x

  • Workflow Data Management for the Entire Shooting Cycle

Not just backup.

OFFLOADER 16x is a data-management station designed to protect footage before shooting,
during ingestion, and after backup — so failures never stay silent.

OFFLOADER manages every data-critical stage.

1. Memory Card Preparation (Before Shooting)

Card Health Diagnostics
  • Detects early card degradation
  • Eliminates cards likely to cause recording errors
  • Prevents dropped frames and sudden slowdowns on set
Result: Only reliable cards go into cameras.
Media-Aware Batch Formatting
  • Formats multiple cards at once
  • Aligns partitions to erase-unit (EU) boundaries
  • Fully initializes file-system areas
Result: Cards are prepared for stable, long-form recording

 — not computer-style formatting.

2. Shooting (Camera Stage)

OFFLOADER stays out of the creative process.
  • No camera control

  • No codec or brand dependency

  • Data management begins the moment cards leave the camera

3. Media Identification & Organization

Automatic Media Sorting
  • Detects camera model and clip structure

  • Reads last recording time

  • Auto-generates meaningful folder names

(Shot on 2026-03-04 with SONY FDR-AXP35, first clip C0001.MP4)

Result: Clear mapping between camera, card, and backup.
Manual Naming (Keyboard)
  • Editable naming at ingest time

  • Camera name and clip identifier can be customized

  • USB keyboard supported

(Highlighted section can be renamed by the user)

Result: Direct, operator-controlled mapping between card and backup.

4. Safe Backup & Verification

Simultaneous Multi-Card, Multi-Drive Backup
  • Ingest and back up up to 16 memory cards at the same time

  • Copy to up to three USB drives simultaneously

  • One operation, one copy group, consistent results across all media

img_backup_multi_to_multi.png
Result: What normally takes hours of repeated card swaps is
completed in a single, controlled operation.
Two-Step Copy Architecture
  • Prepare stage allocates space first

  • Copy stage transfers data sequentially

  • Minimal file-system access

Result: Lower corruption risk, safer backups.
Simultaneous Redundant Backup
  • Copy to up to three USB drives at once

  • Protects against single-drive failure

Result: Industry-standard data redundancy.
Copy & Verify (Optional)
  • Bit-by-bit verification

  • Confirms data integrity—not just file presence

Result: Guaranteed accuracy when it matters most.
img_copy_verify.png
Power Continuity
  • AC + D-Tap + V-Mount

  • Seamless power switching (UPS-like)

  • No interrupted copies

Result: Backup continues even during power changes.

5. Logging & Accountability

Full Traceability
Result: Clear accountability, fewer disputes, verifiable delivery.
